BY USING OUR SITE, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY OUR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY:
- All returns must be received within 21 days of receiving order. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Refunds will be provided within 30 days of items being received and approved once determination of no damage or missing pieces is determined.
- After 21 days of customer receiving their item, if return is wanted, only store credit will be offered on a case by case basis and there is no guarantee a return will be granted. - Only store credit is issued on returns / exchanges after 21 days. Clearance section items may not be returned, as they are heavily discounted manufacturing samples. - Defective or damaged products will be replaced free of charge, providing you submit a request and some basic info. - Clothing must be returned clean and unworn. - Any item returned with smells, staining, or any kind of damage are not eligible for return and store credit. Due to health and safety laws, we cannot accept returns on any worn or used fitness apparel. - Please email us about your return to let us know its coming and include your full name, address and order number. Your return will still be accepted without an email, as long as it complies with the above. - Mail your return via USPS to the address listed below and please get a tracking number so you know when we receive it. Unfortunately, we cannot refund orders that the mail service loses or damages. - Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of return package receipt. - Your original order amount will be issued as store credit, minus shipping, and a new order will need to be placed for your new size or entirely different item as you like. - Please be aware there might be a price change in your item since it was originally ordered or if on sale when purchased and you will be responsible for any price difference. - Cancellations are not available after 24 hours have passed since an order was placed. - Returns due to color variation are not allowed or accepted - we can not control color perceptions or variations due to an individual's eye, viewing screen, natural variation in dyes used for material used, etc. Avoid returns in advance by taking advantage of our blog article on how to size your corset correctly.
